Jeffrey Reamer – Managing Partner
Jeffrey Reamer is the Managing Partner of DVG Partners. He is also the founder of Post Cove Partners, a consulting company that has worked with over 40 lower middle market businesses. Jeff is an experienced leader, investment professional, and operator with extensive experience growing and optimizing LMM businesses.
Jeff began his career as a cavalry officer in the U.S. Army. Prior to founding DVG and Post Cove Jeff served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Evolution Markets, and held investment positions with multiple private equity platforms. Jeff earned his BS at West Point and completed his MBA and MES at Yale University.
Ron Bucca – Partner
Ron Bucca is a partner at DVG and the President of Summit Drilling. He has nearly two decades of cross-functional leadership experience in both the private and public sectors and is experienced in leading and operating in ambiguous and high-pressure environments. Ron has a proven track record of value creation in multiple private equity backed businesses.
Ron currently serves in the US Army National Guard and has multiple combat deployments to the Middle East and Africa. Ron received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tulane University, His MA from Dartmouth, and his MBA from Columbia Business School as a Pat Tillman Foundation Scholar.
