Experienced Veteran Leaders Joining Multiple DVG Platforms

People Make All the Difference

Chief Operating Officers and senior operations managers are vital to the success of smaller businesses. They bring a strategic vision to operational management.  They streamline operations, bridge gaps between departments, and foster teamwork and communication.

Military veterans have unique experience relevant to all those tasks and have proven themselves capable of working in high pressure environments. The competitive advantage gained by placing high-quality military veterans in leadership roles is core to our DVG thesis. Accordingly, we are excited to announce that three experienced leaders have recently joined the DVG family of businesses.

Kidron Knox has joined as the COO of Acterra Group. He is an Army veteran with a degree in chemical engineering and deep industry experience.  Kidron brings extensive leadership and operational experience and a heavy focus on people and culture – all of which will be critical as we scale this platform.

Brian Prescott is a high energy operations leader who recently joined Summit Drilling as Chief Operating Officer.  We are thrilled to add another outstanding operational leader to an already strong team.  Brian is a Marine veteran based in the Northeast with extensive small company leadership experience.

David Gunter joined Summit Drilling earlier this year as a General Manager in our  South Carolina office. Dave is a Marine veteran with extensive operations and construction experience. He brings additional management bandwidth and drive to an already vibrant and growing business.

DVG is proud that these talented leaders have chosen to work with us and we are excited by what this means for the growth of the organizations that they will help lead.

We are continually looking for talented leaders.  If you are interested in working with us, please reach out.
